Check out the additional video we've added to the video section of your media module as you retrace Bourne's steps.
The CIA is working with a local video expert, Mustapha Nayet, to track Bourne. They got as far as tracking him to a locker, but Nayet had to drop off the grid for an unknown reason. Now it's up to you to pick up where he left off. Luckily, you and Nayat share common alliances. He'll probably end up helping out with intel in Tangier.
Locate Mustapha Nayet's videos on Dater Notes and see what you can make of them. They probably have something to do with that locker. Enter your best guess into the Message Transmitter.
Looking at those vids on Nayet's profile, the third video available contained the numbers "12, 3, 45" in separate clips. Type those numbers as one as the answer (12345).
MESSAGE CONFIRMED
Lets hope that you manage to get to the locker with the correct code before the CIA.
